How to Book
Booking online is the easiest and quickest way to secure your tickets and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can book online with this mobile friendly website for all events, choosing where you want to sit from the interactive seating plan.
By calling 020 3285 6000 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Lines are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The Box Office counter is situated in the main foyer of the theatre.

The standard booking fee for the majority of shows and events is up to £3 per ticket and is included in the advertised price. Some events may carry a different booking fee, which is clearly shown on the information page.

Where offered, and usually applies to top two price tickets only and excludes premiums; concession ticket prices apply to those:
- Over 60
- Under 16
One free personal assistant ticket is available for those who are disabled and require a personal assistant for their visit.
Proof of eligibility will be required for all concessions either when purchased or on entry to an event.

- Theatre Tokens (only over the phone or in person)
The Churchill Theatre does not accept American Express.
Groups can book specific Groups rates with no booking fees online, by phone or in person (subject to availability). If no specific Group rate is available in the price list, please call the box office to book fee-free.
If you are booking 10+ tickets for the same show and wish to reserve now and pay later, or you wish to speak to someone about adding Hospitality items to your order, please call our Box Office on 020 3285 6000.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us. We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding.
Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.
On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.

Conditions of Admittance For Children
Babes in arms - Children under 18 months may be admitted free of charge to family shows when sat on parents’ or guardians’ lap. Please mention when booking.
Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 4 years will only be admitted to family shows
