Request a refund

If your event has been rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date or your event has been cancelled - use the form below if you wish to request a refund. 

It could take up to several weeks for your refund to be processed while we deal with the volume of requests.

Even if your card has expired, we can still process your refund providing your account remains active (even if the card details have changed). If your bank account is closed we will need to call you to obtain alternative card details.
